Spring Roll Recipe

From classic spring rolls to fresh rolls I love eating these. I was especially excited when I realized just how easy they were to make at home!

What you will need:
1 small cabbage,shredded
bean sprouts (optional)
4-5 mini carrots ( we used 2 large organic)
small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 -1/2 toasted sesame oil
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
salt & pepper
spring roll wrappers
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil. Once oil is hot, add shredded cabbage, carrots and onions.
Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes until vegetables start to soften. Add garlic and bean sprouts. Add an additional 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil, if you prefer.
Cook and stir an 2-3 additional minutes.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to taste and adjust as needed.
