Brown Sugar Cured Ham Recipe

 Brown Sugar Cured Ham Recipe
What you will need:
1 can of pineapple chunks
Brown Sugar (I used light Organic)
Place your ham in a oven sized pan. I used a Reynold's Wrap liner, for easy clean up. Dump the pineapple slices/chunks in along with the juice from the can.
I then coat the outside of the ham with the brown sugar! Cover honey over top and close the bag up.
Since my Ham was already cooked it baked for about 1 hour at 365.
Cook until your Ham is nice and golden around the edges.
Serve & Enjoy!

We took our Laptop with us on Vacation this month so we could tune in to our Netflix shows! One of Mac's prick this month is LEGO: Legends of Chima
"In the once-peaceful land of Chima, conflict breaks out between eight animal tribes over Chi, a substance that can both sustain life and destroy it". We were lucky to actually meet one of his beloved characters whilst at Legoland!

After he was asleep from all the excitement, we were able to watch some movies! I just LOVE Nickolas Sparks and was excited to see some of his videos to watch. Adding some of the old classics like Dirty Dancing, Grease and Little Rascals. We love Netflix, cannot wait to see what they add next month.

Legoland Florida Resort #LEGOLANDFL

**I received a free complimentary tickets to facilitate this review. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the FTC Regulations.
When I found out we were heading to Legoland I kept myself off their website. I wanted to give an honest review, as always, so I had no idea what we were in for! Legoland is housed on 150-acres of interactive theme park with more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, restaurants, shopping, a breathtaking botanical garden and the LEGOLAND Water Park all geared to families with children ages 2 to 12.
This is a great place for kids, I recommend getting to the park early. They do not allow early entry so you will have to wait in line at the front gate. After entering we tried the Island in the Sky ride. It is a 150- foot rotating platform that gives guests a 360° view of LEGOLAND Florida.
Next we headed to this double Decker Ferris wheel. Children can ride some of their beloved Lego pieces, how neat is that?
In between rides, shops and attractions were Lego made statues. The Park is filled with them and we couldn't help but stop and take photos with some of them. Great for Family vacation photos!
Throughout the Park they also had Lego Characters walking around.
Mac was in LEGO heaven!!
Next we stopped into the Barn. An air-conditioned play area for children to slide, climb and crawl around a whole host of friendly farm animals. This was so nice to sit and enjoy some air conditioning when outside was 82 degrees.
Within this Barn it housed a toddle spot and a Baby Care Center, presented by Winter Haven Hospital, provides a nursing and changing area and bottle warming station.
Once we finished our Barn fun we headed over to the Tractor ride. Mac felt right at home, on the farm, with chickens and gardens! These rides throughout the park are so nice because adults and children can ride no matter their size!
LEGO Kingdom takes you back to medieval times with the LEGOLAND Castle where spells are cast and many knights, damsels and dragons are found.

We may have gotten into a bit of trouble here and there whilst in the castle ourselves! Saw a few dragons, rescued a princess and rode a roller coaster.
Mac was excited to Joust since we had just previously been to Medieval Times the night before. Children ride Lego horses through medieval scenes where they experience a simulated joust.
They only let children ride one at a time so this ride is a little longer of a wait. Keep that in mind on Hot days, although it does have a roof to wait under.
We stopped for lunch, which consisted of Peta sandwiches, apple sauce and a water. Several of the areas had fans and spray water misters to keep you cooled.
Since we had eaten we decided to watch a show. The Pirates’ Cove has a water ski and stunt show, The Battle for Brickbeard’s Bounty, as well as Cap’n Brickbeard’s Burgers. If you are interested, we shot a video of the show HERE.
Pirates’ Cove has been taken over by swashbuckling pirates along the shores of Lake Eloise at LEGOLAND Florida’s very own live action, water-stunt show. Boy do I recommend this show if you are at the Park. It is funny, entertaining and full of action packed stunts everyone will enjoy.
I also want to mention that they have a SPLASH zone!!
Next we took a stroll into the botanical gardens. Turtles, gators and all sorts of wildlife were around us.
They also have a few sitting areas and waterfalls to enjoy.
Everything pails in comparison to the Cypress Tree. It is very old and VERY large. Each branch roots down and creates another tree that interlocks.
It is so large I could not fit the tree in it's entirty within my photo lens!
It is definitely worth the hike to go and see it!
What we liked: All the rides accommodated all ages in our family! Most theme parks Mac is not tall enough for rides so in our book this was a BIG advantage. This is a large park but well constructed with lots to see, do, experience without feeling overwhelmed. You don't have to walk very far between things.
**The Mist Machines were AMAZING on this hot and humid day**
What could be Improved: We had a hard time locating bathrooms. The signs were on the small size and easily missed in all the attraction colors.
Overall Rating: 4.8 out of 5 Stars!!

Chicken Alfredo Recipe

What you will need:
Milk (any kind will work)
1 Jar of Alfredo sauce
1/2 bottle of beer or soda
Kick 'n Chicken spice
Pasta noodles
Shredded cheese
1 boneless chicken breast
Cut chicken into small pieces and add to a skillet over medium heat. Add the beer, spice and cook until pink is gone.
Once the chicken is cooked add the Alfredo sauce. Fill the empty jar of Alfredo half way with milk and add to the skillet. Place it down to simmer and let heat for about 5 minutes.
Since I enjoy a kick to my pasta dish I add more spice. You can add hot sauce too if you cannot find this spice blend.
Once the noodles are boiled to perfection top them with sauce. I love this recipe and it has so much flavor you will not be disappointed.

Sea World Orlando Review #SeaWorld

**I received a free tickets to facilitate my review. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the FTC Regulations.
I was really lucky to take my friend's daughter with me to review Sea World in Orlando. She and I decided we would leave all the others for the day to check out this rather large park. Our tickets were at "Will Call" which if you are traveling here I suggest getting to the Park early for parking and to get a place in line at the ticket counter. They allow early entrance to most places throughout the park, so my advice is to be early! The park fills up VERY quickly and you will wait in line. Luckily we arrived a half an hour early.
They offer a Free map and I suggest you take advantage because like I said it is a rather large Park. We decided to start with a few exhibits and aquariums because she was a little scared of the rides. I also want to mention if you have little children 5 and under they do supply you with FREE tickets for them. Check out all the information about this Preschool program here.
First we stopped and saw some Flamingos.
We took a gander in the small aquarium housing Seahorses.
They also had a Sting Ray underwater tunnel. I was trying to convince her that she wanted to touch these amazing creatures! Whilst I was there I did shoot a video of our day, check it out HERE.

They have several fun things to see, feel touch and experience for both young & old! I got a kick out of some of these exhibits.
We decided to try our first ride of the day. Empire of the Penguin is a" majestic grandeur of the South Pole, seen through the eyes of a penguin named Puck on an exhilarating, first-of-its-kind family adventure ride". We choose the "wild" encounter and I thought the story was rather cute but the end of the ride really topped it for me.
You enter into a open enclosure with penguins. They are jumping, swimming, splashing, diving and just overall having fun. I have never been this up close and personal with real penguins before, what a treat. They even follow you around and play with you!
If you want to see their 250 penguins including four different species
check out the LIVE Cam here.
It is rather cold in this part, I suggest maybe a set of gloves because you are in the Arctic weather after all.
After a few rides we headed to see a show on the Blue Horizon stage. This is a timed show so try and get seats early. Also make note of the "Splash" zones. These are NO JOKE, you will be soaked not sprayed.
The story is of a young girl named Marina as she discovers the secrets of the sea and sky in a mesmerizing blue world of adventure and wonder. This unique, theatrical spectacular features dolphins, tropical birds and acrobats". My favorite bird was the Vultures! They are HUGE and I have never seen them trained before, blew me away!
It was a rather long show but the staff did a great job of entertaining you. I would definitely recommend to see it if you are visiting the park.
Moment of truth time. All day I was trying to get her to work up the courage to touch a sting ray with me. This is my favorite part and the thing I looked forward to the most! They house more than 200 rays—some with wingspans up to 5 feet—spend warm days gliding through their habitat's peaceful waters.
I think after seeing all the shows, aquariums and baby aquatic animals she finally gave in without hesitation!
We stayed here for a good hour and a half just feeding the Sting Rays both big and small. Neither one of us ever wanted to leave. The park does supply sanitation stations for you once you do decide to stop touching and feeding these amazing creatures.
Last up was a few gift shops and the Shark Encounter!

It has a moving walkway to take you under the sharks.
Once out you can actually feed them.
What we liked: The aquariums are extremely clean and well kept. The animals are well cared for and have plenty of space to roam, swim and enjoy life. I noticed the animals were all paired or grouped which was nice to see. Grounds are clean and free of garbage which is amazing considering the amount of people they house daily. Bathrooms were easily accessible and labeled both in person and on the map given. Our favorite spots were the Kraken ride, Sting Ray Lagoon and the Penguin encounter!
What could be Improved: The only thing I will say is the gift shops are priced on the expensive side. I wanted to grab my five year old a stuffy, they ranged from $19 and up for a small sized one. Keep that in mind when bringing kids!
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars!
