Hawaiian Rice Recipe

Hawaiian Rice Recipe
 What you will need:
1 ½ cups uncooked rice
¼ Olive oil
½ cup green pepper, diced
½ cup onion, diced
2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced (optional)
¼ cup pineapple, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
¼-1/2 cup pineapple juice
¼ shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
Dice all of the vegetables & fruit.
While Cooking rice.
  Meanwhile, heat olive oil, saute pepper, garlic and onions until tender.
 Add pineapple and saute for another minute. Add soy sauce and pineapple juice. 
Add rice and coconut (is desired) then mix well.
Serve Hot and Enjoy!


  1. We are always looking for Hawaiian recipes (sometimes we have a "Hawaiian" dinner on Christmas Eve!) so I will definitely need to try this. I am a vegetarian, so perfect for me!

  2. A senior citizen center will have a dance party next month and the thing is Hawaiian. I will be preparing this recipe for them and I am so excited about it!
