Spaghetti Balinese Recipe

Yum
Not even going to pretend I made this without help. I enjoy watching Youtube videos and I came across this particular one. I have added and taken things out of the original recipe to accommodate my families taste! It is SUPER easy to make, with savory flavors that is sure to be a hit.
What you need:
1 pd of ground turkey or hamburger (I used turkey)
3 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 Small onion (diced)
Olive oil (about a tablespoon)
1-2 Can of tomatoes (diced) or you can use fresh
1 can of tomato sauce
2 packets of  gravy mix
2 teaspoons of chilli flakes
Spaghetti ( I used angel hair)
Small glass red wine
How to prepare:
1. Heat the oil in a large, lidded pan and add the onion, garlic & sauté for 5 minutes. Add the beef mince & cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Next add the chopped tomatoes, sauce, gravy packets, chilli flakes & red wine to the pan. Cover & cook for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil & cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes.
4. Drain well and add to the sauce. Using a spaghetti spoon toss the pasta through the sauce.
Serve with some Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and Enjoy!
Have you ever tried Spaghetti Balinese??
Or ever made homemade sauce??
