NOW that's what I call Music

Yum
Have you ever turned up your music to sing loudly when you were excited, happy or just needed a little pick me up? For some, including myself, music has a way of taking us out of our funky moods and putting us in a positive space.

This is a sponsored post in partnership with Now That’s What I Call Music.
In my childhood I battled with depression, sleep disorders and cancer. I turned to music (still do actually) when I needed to refocus and clear my head.

Music is a way of expressing yourself and can be a catalyst to break down defenses to help facilitate, motivate and inspire us. Remember cassette tapes? I do! I can remember lugging around my cassette player throughout my teenage years. Oh, the times have changed! My son now has a CD player in his bedroom at age 8! Luckily for us Now That’s What I Call Music is still creating collection of music to help us through any mood! I am so excited to be partnering with them for their new release of Now 64. I have listened to NOW CDs for years and now I can pass that passion on to my song loving son! Want a sneak peek of what songs are included??
