Spaghetti Balinese Recipe

Not even going to pretend I made this without help. I enjoy watching Youtube videos and I came across this particular one a few weeks back. Now this is another England inspired recipe but don't let that fool you because it is SUPER easy to make with high flavors.
Spaghetti Balinese Recipe
What you need:
1 pd of ground turkey or hamburger
3 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 onion (diced)
Olive oil (about a tablespoon)
1 Can of tomatoes (diced)
2 packets of  gravy mix
2 teaspoons of chilli flakes
Spaghetti ( I used angel hair)
Small glass red wine
How to prepare:
1. Heat the oil in a large, lidded pan and add the onion, garlic & sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the beef mince & cook for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes in tomato juice, gravy packets, chilli flakes & red wine,
then cover & cook for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to the boil & cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes. Drain well and add to the sauce. Using a spaghetti spoon or pincers, toss the pasta through the sauce.
Serve with some Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
