New Winery, Northest PA

Yum
I had the pleasure to checkout a new Winery on the Northeast Wine trail in Northeast Pa. Ha, say that five times fast lol. Blue Iris Winery was a wee bit interesting to find because of course I kept entering the address into the GPS incorrectly. Getting there was half the fun! (The other half is drinking wine of course :)
So you don't have the same problems:
10431 W. Main Rd.
North East, Pa 16428.
We happened to "pop" in during a Chocolate & Wine weekend. How can you go wrong??
They had the most amazing chocolates paired with...well WINE! I had never sampled their wines before nor the chocolate so I was rather excited.
I tried the Niagara first.
This wine does not disappoint.
In fact I will say hands down my favorite. Not too sweet but not in the semi-dry category.
I then moved over to the counter located by the Photo Booth.
This Winery is very clean, organized and classy. I love the Wine touches here and there.
The staff is friendly and welcoming! Including the owner and her sister who were also there serving clients, which is very refreshing. I love when owners take pride in their products and business.
Just gives something a little extra! I encourage you to stop in and say "hi". You will not be disappointed and they didn't even pay me in wine to say that ;).
Thank you so much Heidi for inviting us out.
We had fun and will be back soon!
